Registration fees are a package covering all expenses for the conference: hotel**** accommodation, meals – breakfasts and lunches 23.8., 24.8., dinners 22.8. and 23.8., refreshments during coffee breaks for all participants and conference materials (excluding accompanying persons) consisting of a Book of abstracts with a DVD covering all previous BDSHC meeting Books of abstracts.  Accompanying persons are not expected to attend the scientific sessions.

Car parking fees, room services and damages are not covered by organizers.

Cancelation policy:

After 1.7.  – 15  % forfeiture, after 15.7.  – 50 % forfeiture and after 1.8.  – 100 % forfeiture of registration fees.

In the case of pandemic situation (Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Slovak Republic – Koronavírus a Slovensko (gov.sk)) hotel promised us to reduce the penalty to real expenses = minimum and we confirm with this policy to return to all registered participants registration fees as high as possible.
